Mine are maxed, but i also do ALOT of art work and so touch ups in photoshop are a breeze for me

Alternatively... your using photoshop i think i heard ya say... heres a quick lil guide for ya
Take your image And do FILTER - SHARPEN - SHARPEN
Dupilate the layer and set it to SCREEN
With the new layer do FILTER - BLUR - GAUSSIAN BLUR - set it around 2.4 - 4.0 have a play in that range till you got your desired effect
gives you a nice glow to your image, then have a play with ya borders and fonts
